We have more than 9000 sq. ft. in Talawade (Chikhali) Plant & 13000 sq.ft. in of production facility and advance production machineries like YIZUMI, HMT pressure die casting machine, Deburring machines, Drilling and tapping machines, Special Surface Treatment Processes like shot blasting with Aluminum, M.S. and S.S. Shots.
Surface Finishing Improvement Process like Vibro Deburring, Skilled Machining Processors : Facing, Turning, Boring Drilling, Tapping, Threading, Reaming etc. on M.S., Forging and Die Cast Components.
We also have SPM for multi drilling and tapping operations, which is unique and developed by us for the specific purpose.
Ours is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and has world class equipment for testing like digital height gauges, Vernier, plug gauges, go no go gauges etc. All equipments are calibrated and well maintained.
